#Microblog Monday 410: A Narnia Closet

Not sure what #MicroblogMondays is? Read the inaugural post which explains the idea and how you can participate too.

*******

A book blogger linked to this post about how a person turned an unused space into a reading nook but gave it an entrance like the wardrobe in the Narnia books. Scroll down through the pictures and see how her kid enters.

I WANT THIS.

We have maybe one closet where this would work — where we could put a wardrobe in front of the opening and enter the closet and have enough room to sit and read. It would be dark inside. But cozy. It kind of feels like the perfect use for a space.

Are you also doing #MicroblogMondays? Add your link below. The list will be open until Tuesday morning. Link to the post itself, not your blog URL. (Don’t know what that means? Please read the three rules on this post to understand the difference between a permalink to a post and a blog’s main URL.) Only personal blogs can be added to the list. I will remove any posts that are connected to businesses or are sponsored post.

OMG I would love that. And as a kid, I would never have left! There was a favourite cocktail bar here that you entered through a wardrobe like that (though with no coats in the closet). My bookclub loved it.

Holy cow!! I would have killed for something like that when I was a kid!! (Especially with a full shelf of Nancy Drews! lol)

Okay, that is amazing. I would love it as an adult! As a kid you’d never find me anywhere else. My house growing up had monstrous walk in closets that you could play where disappear in, this would have been such a great idea for that space!
