Oh, how I love tales of sassy grandmothers. I never met either of mine, but apparently my maternal grandmother was quite spirited and I often wish I was able to know her.

I’m sorry you lost your grandmother, but pleased to hear you have such a close-knit family to help get you through this.

so touching and moving. You are a true writer. These two posts about your grandmother are so amazing, and to be able to write them in this untheethered time is even the more amazing to me.

I hope that her name finds its perfect home. Actually I hope it finds two homes… one in the form of a blessed child you write about today and one in the form of a book or some written collection because i have a feeling that you have heaps more you could share about this amazing women, if that felt right to you. The world is such a better place for knowing about these un-famous but wonderful forces of nature people. My life feels better having read these two posts.
