In the winter when no one but the surfers will go in the water, or when it's too cold to go near the actual beach but you can still hear the waves.<br /><br />Your list of amenities at the Refuge Inn raises some important questions. (2) More trips to the bathroom or more TP usage per trip? (4) Eggs, french toast, waffles every day or on a 3-day cycle?<br /><br />Also, ponies!
